The Withdrawal

The Maison gives you time. Time to receive, time to experience, time to decide.

You have fourteen days to change your mind, with no need to justify yourself.

Your right

In accordance with Belgian and European law, you have a period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw from your order, without reason and without penalty.

This period runs from the day on which you - or a third party designated by you - take physical possession of your order.

Withdrawing from the contract

To exercise your right, send us a clear statement, before the fourteen-day period expires, to: contact@maisonesmia.com

Simply state your name, your order number, the date of receipt and your wish to withdraw. You may, if you like, use the model form below - its use is not mandatory.

As soon as your request is received, the Maison sends you an acknowledgement without delay, together with the return instructions.

The return

Once your withdrawal has been declared, you have fourteen days to physically return your order to us.

To be accepted, the product must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, with tags attached and accompanied by its case and original packaging.

Return costs are at your expense; you are free to choose your carrier. We recommend a tracked shipment.

The refund

After your return has been received and checked, the Maison issues the refund within seven to ten business days, to the means of payment used for your order.
